Donna Faye was born February 10, 1947 to Glen and Bonnie Montange in Sioux City Iowa. She has one older sister Daniece Winkel. Donna grew up in Sioux City. She attended Central High (The Castle On The Hill) where she graduated in 1965. After graudation, she married Joe Haralson and had two daughters, Dana and Ashley. Joe and Donna divorced and she married Morris Allen and moved to Twin Falls Idaho. While in Twin Falls, she worked as an aide at Dana and Ashley's school. After the birth of her first son, Darren they moved to Billings, Montana and had another son, Collin. In Billings, she worked as a crossing guard and lunch lady and teachers aid for Broadwater School. She also was very involved in her church youth group serving as a youth sponsor. Ashley and her husband Bob have 2 children, Morgan and Isaac. Darren and his wife Kristen have two children, Eden and Austin. Collin and his wife Mary have 4 children, Cheyenne, Dakota, Jordan, and Kayla. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren and loved to attend as many of their activities as she was able. She moved to Fort Worth, Texas when her daughter Ashley asked her to help take care of her children and discovered a love for the beach/ocean. Once Ashley's children were in school, she went to work at Sams Club in membership. She reallly enjoyed her job at Sams and used to tell her kids all kinds of stories. In addition to working at Sams, she also had a booth in a craft mall where she sold plastic canvas barbie furniture, bookmarks, and baby toys that she made. In 2009 she had a stroke and moved to Houston to live with her daughters. While in Houston, she joined a needleworking group that enabled her to continue crafting and meet new people. She also helped Dana take care of her foster children.
